What are our plans?

HTHI plans to streamline all the available resources of all the agencies and organizations. We would like to have a exaustive list where a homeless person can see all the available resources to get the help they need. I was at meetings that was very productive in strategic planning for Baltimore County concerning there 10 yr homeless plan. Much more to post.
